By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients of Plumbers In London Ltd (Company No. 13895386). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

Plumbers In London Ltd provides residential and commercial plumbing services including emergency plumbing, installations, repairs, leak detection, drain cleaning, and plumbing surveys across Greater London and Hertfordshire. The scope of each service is agreed between the client and our engineer before work commences.

All quotations are provided in writing before any work commences. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Where unforeseen complications arise during the work, we will notify you immediately and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work or cost. We do not charge a call-out fee.

Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the services unless a payment schedule has been agreed in writing for larger projects. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. Late payment may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

All repair and installation work carried out by Plumbers In London is covered by our workmanship guarantee. Where a fault attributable to our workmanship recurs within the guarantee period, we will return to rectify the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions or damage caused by third parties.

Plumbers In London Ltd carries comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage not directly caused by our negligence. Where we are required to access concealed pipework, we will discuss the implications with you before proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
